Should I form a team, or can I play solo?
You can participate solo if you want, or you can form a team of 2-4 participants.
When is the deadline to form a team?
Anytime after registration until the last day of the hackathon (21st June). You will not be able to make changes to your team after your first submission.
Can I leave or change team?
You can leave or change team anytime before a team makes its first submission.
What will the task be and how will the results be evaluated?
The task will be published on 18th May at http://prohack.org/challenge. Stay tuned!
How many times I can submit my solution?
Each solo participant or team can submit their solutions up to 20 times during the hackathon with no daily limits.
I have submitted my solution. How do I see my results?
During the hackathon you can access the leaderboard, which will select and store the best (not the latest!) result of all your submissions.
Are the results on the leaderboard final or not?
No, they are not. The current leaderboard is calculated using approx. 80% of the dataset. The final results will be calculated using the rest of the set. This is a precaution against overfitting submissions. The final leaderboard will be published on 25th June.
